von der Selbheit und dem Sandkasten
A childhood sandbox becomes the starting point for reflecting on memory and identity. Sand stands in for time; bricks become containers for moments that are collected, filtered and stacked into a fragile structure.
Through simple, repetitive gestures, the work traces the “Kippmoment” — the instant in which the present slips into memory. The sandbox turns into a liminal space between past and now, where the self appears not as something fixed, but as something constantly built, unsettled and rebuilt again.
